How on earth is this a XXL? This IS THE SIZE OF A MEDIUM

Ordered a shirt from yall. Ordered an XXL as I am normally an XL. When the shirt arrived, it barely fit over my shoulders. This sizing is pathetic and I will NOT be purchasing from this company again
